All refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be considered.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damage or issue reported after 3 days will be considered the customer’s responsibility.
